Cancellation & Refund Policy

EFFRA understands that plans can change, and we strive to accommodate our attendees as best as possible. Please review our cancellation and refund policy below:


  • Cancellations on or before September 20, 2025 – Full refund (100%).
  • Cancellations between September 21 and October 5, 2025 – Partial refund (50%).
  • Cancellations on or after October 10, 2025 – No refunds will be issued.


In the event that ManuDays is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances, EFFRA will issue a full refund of the registration fee.
